Join us for our two-day Underglaze Fundamentals Workshop, where you will explore the possibilities of underglaze applications in ceramics. This course is perfect for artists and enthusiasts at any skill level who are eager to enhance their creativity and technique. This workshop provides the essential tools and knowledge to bring your artistic visions to your ceramics.

Throughout the workshop, you will familiarize yourself with the necessary tools for underglaze work, delve into color theory, and learn how to create customized mixing charts. You'll discover the importance of saturation, master design transfer techniques. You will have the opportunity to watch artist demonstrations applying block color for a bold graphic effect and layering painting, similar look to watercolor. Hands on feel of a variety examples of finishing techniques, including raw underglaze, zinc-free clear glaze, and satin matte glaze.

Lastly some hands on experience and instruction on your own ceramic pieces.
